Naval Architect Marine Engineer Vacancy
Position Description
MINOA Marine Ltd, a shipping company based in Marousi is looking to hire a recent Naval Architect & Marine Engineer graduate to support its Technical Department. The team member will be required to:
* Maintain & update records of inspections.
* Monitor and control the running parameters and Performance data of the vessels.
* Participate in the upgrade of the company’s ERP database.
* Monitor the fleet’s performance and maintenance by screening technical records.
* Participate in projects such as modifications and implementation of new regulations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should:
* Hold a university degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering.
* Prior working experience including internships, ideally in shipping companies and specifically in a technical department would be considered as an asset.
* Be familiar with the current and forthcoming Environmental
regulations in the Shipping Industry.
* Be fluent in English (spoken and written).
* Computer literate (MS Office & programming languages).
* He/she must also have good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Can work in a multi-tasking dynamic environment.
* Flexibility and willingness for frequent travelling.
