The secretariat of the school is responsible for the administrative support of the courses and other activities of the school. The responsibilities of the secretariat include, among others:

  • Organization of student registration in each academic semester
  • Issuing, upon request of the student, certificates of enrolment in the school and detailed grades
  • Central registration of students’ grades
  • Issue of the timetables of courses and examination periods

The school’s administration office is located on the ground floor of the Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering building and is open to the public every working day from 09:30 to 13:30.

The administration office of the Interdepartmental Postgraduate Program in NAVAL AND MARITIME TECHNOLOGY is housed in the same space and is open to the public every working day from 09:30 to 13:30.
