Students of the School, after completing their undergraduate studies, have the opportunity to pursue postgraduate studies or begin a doctoral dissertation in Greece or abroad.

The School coordinates the Interdepartmental Postgraduate Program in Naval and Marine Technology, with the participation of five NTUA Schools, the Department of Physics of NKUA, and the Hellenic Centre for Marine Research. The School offers the opportunity to pursue a Doctoral Dissertation in the Scientific Fields of Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Maritime Transport, and Marine Science and Technology.

Students of the School, both during their undergraduate studies and especially after graduation, if they choose to pursue postgraduate studies or begin a doctoral dissertation, have the opportunity to apply for scholarships offered by the state (IKY), NTUA (ELKE), or various foundations and sponsorships.
